Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable delivery across the UK so you can shop your favourite charity finds from anywhere.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch. As our items are located in different shops, processing times may take up to 7 working days, but we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

You'll see the exact delivery price clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us first to start the process—we'll guide you through the next steps.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Because we are a charity shop, all items are pre-loved and may show signs of wear. However, if your item arrives not as described or if you've received the wrong item, we offer free returns. To arrange this, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed, we'll provide you with a free returns label.

If you've simply changed your mind, you're still welcome to return the item within 14 days, but you will need to cover the return postage. Please send the item to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please include your order number in the package so we can find your details and refund you sooner. Once your return has been received and processed, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please note we can only refund the product price.
