Click & Collect
Shop sustainably and support a great cause with our convenient Click & Collect service. Each item is held in one of our charity shop locations across the UK, giving you access to a wide variety of unique finds from different communities.
When you place an order, you’ll be informed at checkout which shop your item is located in. You can then collect it directly from that branch in 3-5 working days, making it easy to pick up your purchase while supporting a local store.
If the collection location isn’t convenient, simply get in touch with us after placing your order, and we can look into transferring the item(s) to a nearby branch that works better for you. We’ll always do our best to arrange this, although transfers depend on distance, timing, and shop availability.
How it works:
- Browse our items online from our charity shops across the UK
- At checkout, see which shop your item is located in
- Collect your order directly from that branch
- Contact us if you’d like to request a transfer to a nearby shop
